Doha: Olive International School (OIS) believes in sole purpose of updating teachers’ knowledge; hence the school hosted a series of teachers’ workshops. It was an attempt which inclusively engulfed various significant workshop conducted by CBSE. 

Teachers attended various workshops including ‘Differentiated Instruction with subject wise examples and classroom strategies’ by Dr. Swarup Dutta (Master Trainer; CBSE), ‘Experiential Learning, Project Based Learning and Collaborate curriculum sessions’ by Dr. Sapna Agrawal (Director, EDGE Academy Kota) and ‘Foundational Literacy and Numeracy’ by Anuradha Bohla (Academic Trainer; Next Education). 

Other workshops are ‘Curriculum Training from Mylestone Publishers’ by Rupa Tete, Sonika Tyagi, Jagtar Singh, Sujata. (Academic Trainers; Mylestone), ‘Workshop on Creativity’ by Dr. Jackson Maroky (VP Academics, Olive International School) and ‘Workshop on Conflict Management’ by Dr. Jackson Maroky (VP Academics, Olive International School).

The training sessions were very informative wherein teachers were acquainted with the importance of differentiated instructions, experiential learning and multiple ways to incorporate the same in the day-to-day teaching and learning process.
