SIS students council members get new roles for next academic session

SIS students council members were conferred with leadership roles for the Academic Session 2023-2024 in a grand investiture ceremony yesterday.
President Rasheed Ahmed invested the Badges of Office on Bishal Chanda (Head Boy), Aisha Siddiqa (Head girl), Mohammed Shareef (Asst. Head Boy), Fathima Noreen Nusair (Asst. Head Girl), Tamim Yousuf (Sports Captain), Gopika Baiju (Asst. Sports Captain), Haya Fathima (IT Secretary), Abdul Muqset (Asst. IT Secretary), Aisha Manaal (Literary Secretary), Mohammed Sihabi (Asst. Literary Secretary), Narmin Abdulla (Cultural Secretary), Shifa Nihmath (Asst. Cultural Secretary) and all House Captains and House Prefects.
Principal Pamela Ghosh handed over the school flag to the newly elected Head Boy and Head Girl and in her felicitation, she congratulated the new student council members and emphasised on leadership skills and advised the leaders to maintain uncompromised integrity, commitment and consistency.  President Rasheed Ahmed, inspired the leaders to lead by example and follow the core values of SIS as the guiding factor for development of their leadership skills.
Tanveer Mehdi, HOD, Physical Education Department has administered the oath to the newly constituted Student council members.
It was a moment of self-contentment and achievement as the school witnessed its students being inducted in different leadership positions.
