‘Voice Out’ office-bearers take charge

Ideal Indian School invested the office bearers of its literary club “Voice Out” in a function held recently. The club has been functioning in the school for more than 3 years providing a platform for the budding talents to display their literary skills. The chief guests for the function was  Principal Syed Shoukath Ali. Vice Principal, Girls’ Section Padma Ramaswamy, Vice Principl, Boys’ Section Vidhyashanker, Headmaster Azam Khan, Head of English Department Shyla Jose and teachers of English department attended the function. 
Shyla Jose presented a brief report of the activities conducted by the club during the last Academic year.  The office beares for this year are: Secretary, Boys’ Section: John Andrews; Secretary, Girls’ Section: Fathima Rabeea; Secretary, Boys’ Section: Britto K Eapen and Joint Secretary, Girls’ Section: Reegana Dawlath
The latest edition of Word’s Worth the inhouse magazine of the club was released on on the ocassion. Certificates and medals for the winners of various competitions were also distributed by the principal. Silap Ann Koshy of Class XI presented a dramatic monologue of a scene from the play Macbeth and boys of Class Xand XII enacted a play Merchent of Venice.
Fathima Rabeea of class XI welcomed the gathering and John Adrews proposed the vote of thanks. Yumna of class XI, Fuad Maher of class XII and Sana Khaleed  of class XII compeered the programme.The Peninsula
