Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday sent a cable of congratulations to the Emir of Kuwait H H Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on the United Nations naming him as a ‘Humanitarian Leader’ and Kuwait as a ‘Humanitarian Centre’.
