Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and the Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani have sent a cable of condolences to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia on the death of Prince Faisal bin Saud bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.
The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani has also sent a similar cable of condolences to the Saudi King.
Emir condoles with Kuwaiti Emir
Doha: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and the Heir Apparent H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani have sent a cable of condolences to the Emir of Kuwait H H Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah on the death of Sheikh Ali Sabah Al Naser Al Mubarak Al Sabah.
The Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani has also sent a similar cable of condolences to the Kuwaiti Emir.
President of Gabon arrives in Doha
Doha: The President of Gabon Ali Ben Bongo arrived in Doha yesterday for a state visit that will last for several days.
He was welcomed on arrival at the Doha International Airport by the Minister of State H E Sheikh Hamad bin Nasser bin Jassim Al Thani.
