School children from Pondicherry wearing traditional attire take part in the inaugural session of the national Balrang Festival 2015 at the Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya in Bhopal yesterday. Children from different states are taking part in the three-day event to showcase their performances.
