Doha, Qatar: Qatar Amiri Air Force, in cooperation with Qatar Airways, conducted its annual Aircraft Recovery Exercise at Hamad International Airport.
The exercise was carried out using an Airbus A319 aircraft, based on a simulated emergency scenario involving a technical malfunction during landing. The aircraft was successfully evacuated without any injuries.
The exercise aimed to enhance information sharing between the two sides, improve readiness and expertise, and promote teamwork. It also utilized the capabilities and experience of Qatar Airways' emergency response team.
This exercise reflects Qatar Amiri Air Force's commitment to enhancing operational readiness and strengthening coordination and integration with relevant national entities.
