Tottenham Hotspur sack head coach Thomas Frank

London: Tottenham Hotspur have sacked head coach Thomas Frank, the Premier League club announced on Wednesday.

Frank's dismissal came following Tuesday's 2-1 defeat at home to Newcastle that left Spurs 16th in the Premier League and just five points above the relegation zone.
