Canadian teacher Desiree Belter is the lucky winner of InterContinental Doha The City’s “Take a Trip to Canada” promotion. She and a guest will enjoy two Business Class tickets to Toronto courtesy of Etihad Airways.
Etihad Airways’ General Manager in Qatar, Houssam Weiss chose Desiree’s name from more than 1,000 entries in a random draw.
The “Take a Trip to Canada” promotion ran from February 8 to 28 at the award-winning Prime steakhouse at InterContinental Doha The City. The restaurant also featured a special Canadian menu crafted by guest chef Andrew Frastacky from InterContinental Toronto Yorkville. Also during the promotion, Prime introduced Canadian beef for the first time in Qatar.
