DOHA: Qatar General Electricity and Water Corporation has introduced new working hours for its main Customer Service Centre located at ‘D’ Ring road.
The centre will remain open from 6.30am to 8.30pm, between Sunday and Thursday.
The working hours has been increased because of the growing number of Kahramaa’s customers and to help the organisation define its theme of ‘Customer- Oriented Utility’ ensuring satisfactions for its subscribers.
In view of surging economy of Qatar and in order to improve Kahramaa’s responsiveness to its customers and subscribers, new working hours will be will benefit the customers as they would get extra time to communicate with the customer care representatives and get their requirements fulfilled.
