The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani is received by the Prime Minister of Ethiopia Hailemariam Desalegn in Addis Ababa.
Addis Ababa: The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani and Prime Minister of Ethiopia Hailemariam Desalegn yesterday witnessed the signing of several agreements memorandums of understanding (MoU).
The agreements and MoU were signed in the filed of culture, education, higher education and Scientific Research, Qatar Airways flights services, the encouragement and reciprocal protection of investments, avoidance of double taxation and prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income.
The Emir also held talks at the Presidential Palace with Ethiopean premier.
The meeting was attended by Prime Minister and Foreign Minister H E Sheikh Hamad bin Jassem bin Jabor Al Thani and members of the official delegation accompanying the Emir.
On the Ethiopian side, the meeting was attended by a number of Ministers.QNA
