Protest against demolition drive

Protesters throw stones at police and paramilitary soldiers after Lakes and Waterways Development Authority officials went to demolish illegal structures in Saida Kadal area on the banks of Nigeen Lake in Srinagar yesterday. Police fired tear gas canisters to disperse protesters.
