DOHA: Hamad Medical Corporation’s (HMC) staff started visiting hospitals on Sunday to get a feedback on results of a recently released Patient Satisfaction Survey.
Members of HMC will visit all eight of the corporation’s hospitals during this month and discuss about the survey findings in detail.
A team of staff and members of the management will join together at these special events, which started at the Hamad bin Khalifa Medical City on Sunday, to share ideas about continuous improvement and patient-centred care.
Managing Director of HMC, Dr Hanan Al Kuwari, said the survey was conducted as part of the corporation’s ongoing commitment to improve the patient experience and the roadshow was an important part of this ongoing process.
