New Delhi: Former cabinet minister and BJP leader Jaswant Singh was on life support systems and under observation by medical experts in a hospital here yesterday.
The 76-year-old leader was admitted to the Army Hospital (Research and Referral) on August 8 in a critical condition.
“Jaswant Singh’s condition is still very critical. He is under the constant observation of neurosurgeons and critical care specialists,” a senior doctor at the hospital said.
“He is still in coma and on life support systems,” he added.
Jaswant Singh was brought to the hospital with a head injury following a fall at his home here.
His family members had found him lying on the floor unconscious.
