Doha: Qatar Red Crescent (QRC) will organise an H.E.L.P. training course in Lebanon in October.
The 10-day event will be held in collaboration with International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) and University of Calgary in Qatar. A group of lecturers and experts from civil and international societies will take part.
