Doha, Qatar: The Amir HH Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani sent a cable of condolences to the President of the Republic of Colombia HE Abelardo de la Espriella regarding the victims of the earthquake that struck the west of the country, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.
