DOHA: Complying with the Qatarisation drive in line with Qatar’s National Vision 2030, Al Khalij Commercial Bank (al khaliji) yesterday announced to have appointed many Qataris in senior management positions.
Commenting on executive appointments, al khaliji’s Group Chief Executive Officer Robin McCall said in statement: “al khaliji’s growth relies on the extent of our commitment to being the employer of choice, especially for Qataris. We are pleased to see a healthy balance between our external recruitment strategy which brings fresh experience and internal human capital development strategy, both of which will contribute to the bank’s overall growth.”
The new officials include the Head of Premium Banking and Branches, Rana Al Asaad and Najla Moosa, head of Premium Partnerships and Mortgages.
