WASHINGTON: Three people have been killed when a medical helicopter crashed north of the US state of Illinois late Monday.
According to the CNN, two nurses and a pilot were on board.
The US Federal Aviation Administration reported the helicopter crashed Monday night while traveling from Rockford, near the Wisconsin border, to a hospital about 60 miles south in Mendota. There were no patients on board, it added.
Investigations are underway to determine the cause of the accident. (QNA)
