To further promote sustainability and streamline the distribution process of documents, Techno Q has started a transition to paperless invoicing and digital quote submittals, which means it is gradually replacing paper format materials with digital ones. As huge resources are consumed by businesses every day as part of the creation and delivery of paper documents, the company is substituting the wasteful ‘print- deliver- archive-dispose’ cycle with a faster, greener process which provides more functionality and will serve to promote waste reduction.
