The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with leaders of the other GCC countries during the annual GCC Summit in Kuwait yesterday. Addressing the summit, the Emir of Kuwait H H Sheikh Sabah Al Ahmad Al Jaber Al Sabah regretted the failure of the UN Security Council to address the Syrian conflict.
