Qatar, US renew defence pact

The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani with US Secretary of Defence Chuck Hagel at Al Bahr Palace yesterday. Qatar and the US renewed the Defence Cooperation Agreement which governs interactions including training, exercises and other joint activities, said a statement.
