Doha: Qtel is offering its Hala customers great value international calling rates that enable people to keep in touch with friends and family around the world.
Customers who subscribe to the Hala Monthly Pack 19 will receive 35 minutes for calling 17 of the most frequently-called countries around the world, valid for 30 days for QR19.
The international minutes can be used to call Bangladesh, Bahrain, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Nepal, Pakistan, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Turkey, the UAE, the UK and the US.
Customers can subscribe to the service by sending “INT” to the shortcode 121.
Qtel has chosen these countries as per customers’ needs and preferences.
It is able to offer this promotion due to its international network of partnerships, a press release said yesterday.
Customers calling India can also take advantage of the Hala India Pack, with the lowest-ever India rates at dhs19 per minute for calls. The pack is valid for seven days, for only QR1 per week.
Customers can subscribe to the Hala India Pack by sending the shortcode “IND” to 121. The subscription will automatically renew every seven days so customers can continue to call at the low rate. Customers can unsubscribe at any time by sending “STOP IND” to the shortcode 121.
Both offers end on May 6.
