DOHA: The Qatar Exchange down on Tuesday 32.23 points or 0.38 percent to 8,512.18 points from the previous closing of 8,544.41.
The volume of shares traded up to 11,660,760 from 7,422,018 Monday, and the value of shares increased to QR503,441,883.34 from QR291,600,127.58 Monday.
Among the top losers were Commercial Bank of Qatar whose share dropped 0.75 percent to QR65.90, Industries Qatar lost 0.06 percent to QR171.10, Barwa Real Estate fell 7.74 percent to QR24.91 and Doha Bank down 1.01 percent to QR43.95.
Today the Qatar Banking and Financial sector dropped 0.06 points while the Qatar industrial sector lost 0.13 points and the Services sector fell 1.13 points. (QNA)
