The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani received the Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. The Emir and the Bulgarian leader witnessed the signing of a twin cities agreement between Doha and Sofia and MoUs on cooperation in diplomatic training and news exchange.
