JAFFARABAD: Unknown gunmen on Sunday attacked a convoy of security forces when it was heading to Uch gas field.
According to a report, one of the attackers was killed in exchange of fire with the security forces near Sohbatpur area.
The body was taken to District Headquarters Hospital for medico-legal formalities and a case was also lodged against unknown persons.
The armed attack took place when the convoy was heading to Uch Gas Filed from Dera Murad Jamali.
The attack comes a day after militants killed 20 laborers in Turbat area of Balochistan.
