San Jose: Qatari Ambassador Jaber Ali Al Adhbah represented the state at the inauguration of Luis Guillermo Solis as President of Costa Rica. Al Adhbah conveyed greetings of the Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the President and his wishes of stronger relations.
