Washington: Amir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani left Washington DC, after a four-day official visit to the United States.
The Amir sent a cable to President of the US Donald Trump, expressing deep thanks and appreciation for the hospitality and honour accorded to him and the accompanying delegation during the visit. The Amir also expressed satisfaction with his talks with US President and senior officials, which provided an opportunity for exchanging views on the most important regional and international issues of common concern and also contributed to the consolidation of bilateral relations and the strategic partnership between the two countries in various fields for the benefit of the two friendly peoples.
