PEC excels in HSSC-II annual exam
The students of PEC Doha Qatar achieved outstanding results in the HSSC Part-II Annual Examination 2014 conducted by the FBISE, Islamabad. FBISE announced the result on Monday.
Maryam Noor got 917 marks out of 1100 and stood first among all the students of Pakistan Education Centre. Maryam Habib Ahmed got second position by securing 912 marks out of 1100 while Iqra Nasir stood third with 877 marks.
“We are proud to announce that 134 students passed with 21 AI and A grades, 45 B grades and others C grades. The over-all pass percentage age was 88.15 percent,” a school statement said.
Nadia Khan (862 marks), Aemon Yaqoob Qamar (859 marks), Ahmad Amir (852 marks), Naveen Tariq (851 marks), Hamza Sabir (833 marks), Zahra (831 marks), Abdullah Muhammad (824 marks), Talal Ali (806 marks), Sidra Mateen (805 marks), Muhib-ur-Rehman (800 marks), Ahmad (792 marks), Noor Ali (786 marks), Reda (785 marks), Sana Kayani (781 marks), Eman Muhammad Kaleem (776 marks), Abdul Basit (776 marks), Malik Amir Hamza (775 marks), Shazil Ali (770 marks).
Principal PEC, Mrs. Nargis Raza Otho congratulated the students, staff and parents and hoped that they would continue to make PEC proud.
The Pakistani Ambassador to the State of Qatar, Shahzad Ahmad also congratulated the students, parents and teachers while expressing hope that the students at PEC would continue to shine and make their country proud.
