Doha: The first workshop of Katara Art Studios has started, attended by 27 children from various nationalities.
It is part of summer activities under the theme, ‘Colour Your Summer’ until August 20.
Workshops will teach children art forms, such as 3D formation, origami, pottery, Islamic decoration, T-shirt painting, gypsum formation and cooking.
On August 13, there will be a photography workshop to highlight professional techniques. The cooking workshop will be held on August 19.
The programme ends with a display of creations by participants at an exhibition. The children will receive certificates for participating in the workshops. QNA
