The Emir H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani with the new Ambassador of the Republic of Cuba, Ernesto Daniel Plasencia Escalante, after receiving the envoy’s credentials at the Emiri Diwan yesterday. The Emir also received credentials from the Ambassador of Canada Andre Dubois and Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary Ishtifan Alter.
