The President of Brazil, Dilma Rousseff, yesterday arrived on an official visit to Qatar. She and her delegation were welcomed at Hamad International Airport by the Minister of Energy and Industry H E Dr Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada, Qatari Ambassador to Brazil and other officials.
