As a part of this movement, the Indian Meetup Friends (IMF) community group based in Qatar participated in a wide range of sustainability-oriented activities, raising awareness among its community to promote the nations’ s sustainability vision.

During the week, the activities include a workshop on wealth out of waste was conducted by renowned Eco-Artist, Art Therapist – Hrithika Bhagat virtually. The workshop focused on recycling initiatives that spread awareness about recycling the used bottles and newspapers.

The group also held an online photography awareness titled ‘Environmental Awareness Photography.’

A Quiz Night on environment and sustainability week was held. The quiz had 30 questions on various topics related to global warming and environmental sustainability.

QSW aims to stress the importance of making an environmental commitment by engaging the public and businesses on various sustainability-oriented activities and featuring innovations and initiatives that promote sustainability.
