MES Indian School honoured students who have completed a seven-year course in Islamic Studies and secured merit in the Quran Class Annual Examination 2012, at a ceremony held at the KG Auditorium of the school recently. Dr Abdul Ahad Madani, renowned Indian Islamic Scholar and Chief Guest, spoke about the importance of moral values and the role of parents in inculcating them among children. A Shamsuddeen, General Secretary, K P Abdul Azeez, Vice-President, A P Khaleel, Director, Cultural & Co-curricular Activities, and Abdul Karim K, Director, Transport, MES Governing Body, felicitated the academic achievers and gave away the prizes.
