Filipino policemen arrest US national and retired Navy official Robert Stasaitis, 57 (second left), accompanied by his female companion Emilie Lacar, following a three-hour hostage situation inside the Paradise Apartelle, Quezon City, eastern Manila, yesterday. Stasaitis is now in police custody after he allegedly held a Filipino employee hostage after his Filipina girlfriend broke up with him.
