Kiev - Separatist rebels in eastern Ukraine are attacking the Minsk agreement by their bombardment of civilians, Ukrainian president Petro Poroshenko said on Friday.
Speaking during a meeting with Hungary's Prime Minister Viktor Orban, Poroshenko said, "after what we concluded in Minsk, there are not only attacks against civilians but also against the Minsk agreement" referring to shelling of the town of Artemivsk that killed three people including a seven-year-old child.
