Doha: The Amir Cup 2022 trophy tour was given a grand reception at Al Abdulghani Tower recently by Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. Co. (AAB), Toyota vehicles distributor in Qatar.
The ceremony was attended by officials from the Qatar Football Association (QFA).
The Trophy was received by Dr. Nasser Abdulghani Al Abdulghani, AAB President, Abdulghani Nasser Al Abdulghani, AAB Vice President, and RK Murugan, AAB CEO along with senior managers and staff.
Trophy Tour is part of a long-standing tradition that aims to build excitement ahead of the final match and raise awareness of the tournament amongst football fans, while giving them the opportunity to celebrate by taking memorable pictures with the iconic trophy.
Launched in 1972 and held annually, the Amir Cup is the most popular event in the country with remarkable interest from passionate football fans of all ages and nationalities. Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. has been supporting the prestigious tournament for many years as the Amir Cup “Official Car”.
Abdullah Abdulghani & Bros. will be providing a fleet of Toyota vehicles comprising of Sedans, SUVs and buses for the transportation of spectators to the stadium during the final which will be held on March 18, 2022.
