Doha: To acknowledge and honour their perseverance through the year, March 9 was marked as Achievement Award Day “I am the winner” for Kindergarten students at Birla Public School (BPS).

The webinar of the award ceremony was graced by Academic Director-Principal Harish Sanduja; Vice-Principal Co-scholastic Rajesh Pillai; Kindergarten Headmistress Josephine Fernandes; academic coordinator, teachers, parents, and the kindergartners.

The school principal enlightened the importance of helping, guiding, and supporting the children to develop two very important skills — the Interpersonal and Intrapersonal skills, and how the skills help children to do their best and be successful leaders.

The vice-principal helped students and parents connect the moment with all the co-scholastic happenings over the academic year. It was indeed an awe moment when the little ones replayed the picturesque journey that they had been through, while watching the PowerPoint presentation.

The event was extended into individual classroom sessions with time spent by displaying the talents of the little ones, parents, and the students their experiences, their thoughts, and their memories through the past year.

Each student was filled with excitement and a sense of pride while receiving the achievers trophy and the appreciation certificate well explicating their innate attributes.

The outstanding academic success of every student is the result of their strong will and perseverance to succeed. The event also marked the beginning of new heights to be scaled.
