Ibrahim Yousif Abdullah Fakhro, Director of Department of Protocol, Ministry Of Foreign Affairs
He was appointed Director of the Protocol Department in March 2012. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Business Administration from United Arab Emirates University. He was promoted to the rank of ambassador in January 2011. He had worked in Qatar embassies in Saudi Arabia, UK, Morocco and Romania.
