Qatar Stock Exchange’s (QSE) main index gained 250.22 points, 2.77 percent when the bourse closed trading at 9,280.38 points yesterday.
The volume of shares traded increased to 12.77 million from 5.51 million on Tuesday and the value of shares also increased QR413.52m from QR165.12m on Tuesday.
Out of the 44 companies listed on QSE, shares of 42 saw trading today. Of these, 41 companies gained and 1 closed lower, reports QNA.
Indices of all sectors ended in green. QSE Total Return Index gained 2.77 to 15,562.64 points. QSE Al Rayan Islamic Index added 2.95 percent to 3.680.60 points and QSE All Share Index increased 2.63 percent to 2,635.24 points.
