London: The United Kingdom called for an urgent investigation into the martyrdom of women and children while they were waiting to receive humanitarian aid in Gaza Strip.
UK Minister of State for the Middle East and North Africa, Hamish Falconer, expressed deep regret over the deaths, stating that civilians in Gaza must be protected from harm and must be able to access aid without fear.
Falconer called for an immediate and independent investigation into these incidents, reaffirming the UK's support for efforts aimed at ensuring the protection of civilians and the unhindered delivery of humanitarian assistance.
Meanwhile, Israeli occupation forces continue to target gathering points for Palestinian civilians - whether in tents, schools, or aid distribution centers - and deliberately shell the remnants of makeshift homes sheltering thousands of displaced people and victims across Gaza.
