Gaza: Seventeen Palestinian citizens were killed and dozens more were injured as a result of shelling carried out by Israeli occupation forces Wednesday on the northern and southern Gaza Strip.
Medical sources reported that seven people were killed and approximately 20 others were injured in an Israeli airstrike on aid protection groups in the Saftawi area north of Gaza City. An Israeli aircraft targeting a group of aid workers near the Andalus Tower in the Al-Karama area, also northwest of the city, resulted in additional casualties.
The same sources reported that 10 martyrs were killed by Israeli occupation forces' fire near the Al-Tina aid center southwest of Khan Yunis, in the southern Gaza Strip.
The death toll from the ongoing Israeli aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, 2023, has risen to 61,722, and 154,525 wounded.
