DOHA: The Supreme Council for Information and Telecommunications (SCIT) is expected to extend wi-fi internet services to public parks in Al Khor and Semesema over the next three months.
The Council has plans to extend this service to cover 14 public parks by the year 2015, Al Sharq reported yesterday.
The SCIT improved the internet services in collaboration with the Ministry of Municipality and Urban Planning in three public parks including Al Remayla, Sheraton and Dehal Al Hamam, besides two new parks of Al Wakra and Doha Cornish.
