The Emir H H Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani yesterday received a written message from Mali’s President Ibrahim Boubacar Keita on cooperation and issues of common concern. The Emir received the message from Mamadou Camara, Director of the Office of the Mali President, at Al Bahr Palace.
