Officials of the Ministry of Interior at the opening ceremony of the ‘Gulf Unified Jail Inmates Week’ exhibition.
Doha: Under the patronage of the Minister of State for Interior Affairs H E Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Director of Medical Services Department of the Ministry of Interior Brigadier Mohammed Sultan Al Khulaifi inaugurated the ‘Gulf Unified Jail Inmates Week 2012 Exhibition’ on the slogan “My family is in front of you” recently at Land mark mall.
The celebration was launched as an implementation for the decision of the interior ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council, which was taken in their 13th meeting with the participation of delegates from the GCC countries and state institutions and centres that work for the rehabilitation of inmates in jails.
In the four days expo, the Penal and Correctional Institutions Department of the Ministry of Interior is participating with a pavilion that showcases the items produced by the inmates of the Department. The Peninsula
