DOHA: Over 220 employees of ExxonMobil Qatar and its joint venture partners have received training under the company’s Tamayoz programme since mid-October 2014, according to a statement.
Tamayoz provides professional and personal development opportunities for joint venture partner Qatar Petroleum, and joint ventures RasGas and Qatargas.
Offering 10 courses on disciplines, including project management, leadership and personal effectiveness, technical, commercial and operations excellence, Tamayoz has positioned itself as the marquis corporate development programme in Doha.
Initiatives in Tamayoz are led by ExxonMobil experts and offered for free for participants to enhance the sustainability for Qatar’s future.
“Tamayoz demonstrates ExxonMobil’s commitment to the human development pillar of Qatar National Vision 2030,” said Alistair Routledge, Vice-President, and Joint Interest Manager, ExxonMobil Qatar.
“By imparting knowledge accumulated through years of experience, ExxonMobil experts are equipping the next generation of Qatari business leaders with skills in a way that maximises transfer of technical, commercial and operational expertise and empowers them.”
