The State of Oman has announced the registration of first two cases of the new COVID-19variant “Omicron” forcitizens coming from abroad.
The health conditions of the patients are stable. They are currently under epidemiological surveillance, said Oman News Agency.
The Ministry of Public Health calls upon all to fully adhere to the preventive measures, which include wearing masks in closed spaces, maintaining physical distance and hand hygiene, as well as avoiding crowded areas.
