Pakistani men yesterday read a local edition of the International New York Times with a blank space that was supposed to be reporting on the first issue of the French magazine Charlie Hebdo since last week’s attack, in Islamabad. At the bottom of the blank space, the newspaper said ‘the article was removed by our publishing alliance in Pakistan’.
