Opec has honoured H E Dr. Mohammed bin Saleh Al Sada, Minister Energy and Industry and the outgoing President of Opec, marking the end of the State of Qatar's presidency for the organisation through 2016; and in recognition of the outstanding role he played as president. Saudi Minister of Energy, Industry and Mineral Resources Khalid Al Falih (right), the new president, presented a memento to Dr. Al Sada. Al Falih praised the efforts of Dr Al Sada during his presidency of the organisation in a period marked by challenges.
