RAMALLAH: Member of Fatah Central Committee Saeb Erekat called on Hamas movement to begin the implementation of the Doha Agreement signed between the two sides.
In a statement issued Sunday, Erekat expressed hope to achieve the Palestinian reconciliation now and to start consultations to form a government of independents and technocrats led by President Mahmoud Abbas.
He also stressed the need to go to general elections after the Palestinian Central Elections Commission announced that it has completed updating the voters' rolls in the West Bank and Gaza Strip. (QNA)
