Doha: Doha Modern Indian School (DMIS) has conducted the investiture ceremony of its 18th Student Council Body for the Academic Year 2022-23 in a very solemn and auspicious manner.
The student leaders have been elected to 31 key positions that played crucial role in the fabric of school’s socio-cultural growth and its functioning. The names of the new Student council members’ of 2022-23 were announced by the School Academic Co-ordinator Elizabeth Dominic and the Oath taking event was administered by the outgoing Head Boy - Keven George.
The newly elected leaders were highly inspired by the masterly advice and encouragement extended by the Guest of Honour, the Director of Taleb Schools Mayshankar Pillai. The Director in his speech congratulated all the students and exhorted them to take this opportunity to learn and become excellent leaders in the global community that is awaiting them.
